Where can I get a Manual and Windshield mount for my Uniden Radar detector?

It is a Lazer Wide band Model LRD9000W I already called Uniden and no longer have the manual or bracket
Don't waste your money buying more stuff for your outdated radar detector, or any Uniden radar detector, for that matter. That model will not alert to the latest police radar bands, nor instant-on or POP. If it alerts to laser, it's already too late. Don't throw good money after bad; either upgrade or watch your speedometer more closely.
Radar detector prices range from below $50 (complete junk and waste of money) to over $500 (the best available). If you can't afford at least $150, you are looking at a cheap radar detector. Don't waste your money.
The best radar detectors can detect police radar at over 11 miles from the speed trap! The best radar detectors are also very effective at detecting instant-on and POP radar. The Beltronics STi Driver (and new STi-R Remote) are both 100% invisible to ALL police radar detector detectors (RDD), in case radar detectors are 'unpopular' where you live. Cheap radar detectors do not provide this level of technical sophistication and are a waste of money.
If you are concerned about police laser (used more and more these days), your need a laser jammer, which jams the police laser gun, allowing you time to adjust your speed if necessary. Like radar detectors, laser jammers are also LEGAL in nearly every state.

In California can I install a radar detector mounted at any part of the windshield using a plastic suction cups....thanks
In California, it is illegal to attach anything to your windshield with suction cups. Radar detectors are legal in California (laser jammers are not), so if you're going to use one, you'll need to buy a radar detector visor holder or mount it on your dashboard. If it's within your budget, there are a number of integrated remote radar detectors that can be mounted inside your dashboard or in other convenient places.
