I'm looking for a spare tire cover to fit a Jeep Wrangler that's solid black with just the Browning logo.
I checked all three of those last night before I got fustrated & posted this. :( I even checked Sportman's Guide. Thank you tho. I can't believe I'm havin such a hard time findin this thing. You'd think that of all things would be somethin simple.

My grandparents asked me to paint something on the back of their vinyl spare tire cover, I ended up using a acrylic latex pain, and after 3 days it is still sticky. What is the best way to either remove this piant, or make it stop sticking? And if I have to remove it, what kind of paint would it be best to use over vinyl? Or should I just replace the tire cover?
Latex is water based, water should remove it. Maybe hot soapy water. You can buy vinyl paint.

EDISON -- Edison police are appealing to the public for help in finding a man who stopped his vehicle near a 9-year-old girl, approached the child, but quickly drove away when she screamed.
At 6:45 a.m. Monday, the girl was walking about 20 feet behind her mother, in front of the Yeshiva Academy on Harrison Street, when a sports utility vehicle stopped at the curb and a man walked toward the child, police Lt. Salvatore Filannino said.
As the man approached, the girl screamed and ran to her mother, causing the man to jump back in the vehicle, make a U-turn, and drive away, Filannino said.
The man was described as being in his 20s with collar-length black hair combed straight back.
He was driving a gold, four-door SUV with a tire mounted on the back and writing in white letters on the tire cover.
Anyone with information about the driver or the vehicle is asked to contact the Edison Police Department at (732) 248-7561.
