Is the slang word Hella...(like thats hella cool..taking the place of "really" or "very") a curse word? b/c i said "thats hella nice" today and my dad said it was a curse, i got confused..have i been cursing this whole time
probly because hell is considered a bad place. to use it just like any other word, as we do, is pretty wack if you really think about it, but society has made it so now it means anything you want, or it means a good thing. weird

I'm From Boston. Some people say stuff like "that game was hella good" or "hope you have a heckof a good time" They all sound like morons when they say that, but people still try to pass it off as cool.
