Kenwood Subwoofers 12 - Car Subwoofers


I have 2 12" Kenwood Tornado subwoofers. How can I hook them up for home entertainment?

What type of equiptment would I need to have the subwoofers work successfully?

Car audio speakers are not designed to go in a home theater environment. You would need power supplies amplifiers etc.. to make this work for sub par sound. Just get a LFE model and be happy with it.

The ohm rating for home stereos and in car ice are different my friend used a car stereo through a 12v transformer and wired it up this way to the mains.
Home stereos would be best with an amped sub these are not expensive and are easier to wire up and look the business.

Is it possible to hook (4) Kenwood 12" subwoofers to a kenwood mono amp?

THESE ARE THE SUBS nicer than I ever had HANDS DOWN! HIT THE WAAAY Harder Than W3011 my alter ego ... These HAVE Frightening SQ DEEEP & Bass ... It is also important VALUE fully heritage .. I have 2 of these connected to the 1800 9104D MONO AMP & KENWOOD ITS A Delivered incessant AMP THATS HITTIN experienced for themselves! With the addition of a pair of Alpine 4X6 on the fly (ALL IN MY 2000 CHEVROLET S10 EXT CAB).. O YEA I also THE SUBS & amp Hooked Up Burnished WITH THE BOSS 2 FARAD CAP AUDIO FOR THE GRADUATION OF MY HEADLIGHTS ... I received my Kenwood KFC-W3012 12 inch subwoofer in a box looked like it had been pre Euphemistic Theater cats belonging to subject. BOTTM The box was all the more open, all the way, when I opened the box until there was 1 or 2 Crushed leaves in place the theory of rumor and 1 thin membrane film boiling. appealing the woofer out of the box covering the PASTIC which housed the tycoon had failed branch out and I have'nt hooked up to see if it still works but im not getting my hopes.These subwoofers to evaluate you can not grouse. The quility robust impressed me, but they do not move as much air as I think they would. I have a 1.66 Cu. in worn box, which is some of the spirit, Boggle. I blocked the ports that helped. But do not move as far as I am quenched. Marked purchase if your on a budget.
