How Can I Make My Car-Audio System Louder With Only Upgrading a few parts.?
Jul 03, 2008 by bonez | Posted in Car Audio
OK, i have a bad ass system as it is
it can always be louder, i want to know without replacing EVERYTHING what i will need to make my system make the differant i currently have
2 12" Sony Xplod 1200 Watt in a sealed enclosure
1 10" Digital Audio(not sure on wattage) In a Ported Enclosure
1 1000 Watt SPX Audiio Amp
1 350 Watt Dual Amp
1 Power Cap
the Dual is pushing the 12"s and the SPX is pushing the 10"
i want to be louder, without replacing everything if you can answer anything mainly it's
'What One or 2 Pieces should i take out and put in better of without putting in new EVERYTHING my 12"s are new and the digital audio is badd ass fat foam.
The gain has nothing to do with wattage. The gain controls the input voltage from the out put voltage of the radio.Always leave it at 3/4 of the way.Next time when you buy car woofers look for higher decibel ratings of the woofers.Example A woofer with a 92 decibel rating @ 500 watts rms Will hit harder and be louder then a woofer with a decibel rating of 87 decibels @ 1000 watts rms!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So all I had to induct uninterrupted, and got the tweeters installed in the factory 4x6 location in my haste, and was a danger of doing what we say everything for about an hour or two. The first impression is brilliant! The tweeter certainly shines in this set. The intensity of the far-sighted are fabulous shape, and details in the music is wonderful. My EQ is the clear line, and mediums are HPF'd @ 63Hz, -24dB/oct. They seem to be lacking a tad good midbass from my Pros and Boston 720PRSs principal, but the details in the music is dazzling to say the least. They seem to be more effective than the Bostons and prime ministers and, although I am not clear what the specs are. They seem to sound somewhat stronger in bulk to understand everything, even the gains that I had on the other. I am bi-amping with an Alpine MRV-F545. I fundamental to increase with the EQ a bit to see if I can get a tiny horned lower on the media, inclusive but I could not be happier!
