Is there a pyramid system in most religions and the many people at the lower levels are the most gullible?

…And the few people in the top levels are the least gullible? If so, and I think this is a pretty simple and accurate analogy for the way most religions function, then must there be some line between the lower and upper levels and this line separates the people who think the religion is based on truth (populous lower levels) and the people who know it’s a scam (sparsely populated upper levels)?

if a sportswear company sponsor football league level 9&10 in FA pyramid system are the clubs legally bound to wear this company kit also have the clubs legally to purchase other products from sportswear company as i think the company is sponsoring the league not the clubs in the league

the sponsor usually gives or pays for the kit, that's why they are the sponsor, they get their money by the kit having their name / brand on the kit
